GCF Vision
We exist to glorify God by Discovering and Developing passionate followers of Christ, from all races and nations, who will Deploy into their community, nation and world to Discover, Develop, and Deploy in Christ for the glory of God. (Matthew 28:18-20; the book of Acts; Revelation 4-5)
Our Mission as a church has a 3-fold approach to worship and glorify God:
1. Discover/Evangelism
We want every person on planet earth to hear and see the good news of Jesus Christ and Discover eternal life in Him; expressing that by deciding to repent and trust Him alone for salvation: the evidence, the result, being a new creation in Christ. (Ephesians 2:8-10; Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:44-49; Acts 1:8; the book of Acts; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21)
*Men, women, teens and children at Grace Community Fellowship will be equipped to understand, live, show, share and defend the gospel of Jesus Christ, so that everyone can reach those around them.
2. Develop/Discipleship
God uses His living Word and the local church to Develop those who come to know Christ to become passionate followers of Christ – those who demonstrate a living, growing, active, intimate, vibrant love relationship with Jesus- investing their spiritual gifts and lives into others to make disciples that become passionate followers of Christ. (John 14:21; 15:1-17; the book of Acts; Romans 12:1-13; 1 Corinthians 12)
*This means cold, dead, risk-free religion is gone; Jesus Christ and His Word are alive in our hearts and lived out in our lives for all the world to see the glory of God in Jesus Christ.
3. Deploy/Missions
The people of Grace Community Fellowship have in the “DNA” of all we do and teach, the outflow of being Deployed into our community and our nation and our world to share and show the good news of God’s great love in Jesus Christ to those of every nation, tribe and language, that they may be rescued by Christ from God’s wrath on the day of Judgment that is coming on mankind because of our sin, and become part of a local church to Discover, Develop, and Deploy in Christ to the nations. (Matthew 5:14-16; 28:18-20; Romans 3:10-12; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21; the book of Acts; Revelation 4-5)
*The great love of God given to us in salvation, gives us a responsibility to make known the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations; and, then, make disciples, building and planting local biblical churches in every nation on earth.
